Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Typical delivery times within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

(Delays may occur during holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.)

 

Local Pickup (Estevan, SK)
Local pickup is available at The Sunhouse Skin & Light Therapy studio.

 

 

Choose Local Pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Sissa Skin is not responsible for packages delayed or lost by the carrier.

 

If your package appears delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first with your tracking number. We will always assist where possible.

Wrong Address

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

 

Orders placed with an incorrect address cannot be refunded once shipped.

Damaged Items

 

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement when applicable.

Returns

 

Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final.

 

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it.
